Earning and using points

The earning settings described here are the restaurant's current settings. Points earned on earlier orders remain governed by the settings and terms applicable when they were earned.

Points are offered by Westies Pizza & Donair. Eligible spending is the food amount after promotions and reward discounts, including eligible paid extras. Taxes, tips and fees do not earn points. Eligible spending is rounded down to a whole unit of the order currency before the displayed earning rate is applied. Amounts deducted through reward discounts do not earn additional points.

Points become available when the restaurant accepts an eligible order, including automatic acceptance. Current earning rates, rewards and redemption values are displayed on the restaurant's online ordering website.

When monetary rewards are offered, redeem complete configured points blocks for their full displayed value. The final payable amount must remain greater than zero. Rewards, points costs and discounts use the restaurant's published settings.

Existing points policy

Existing unused points remain available and do not expire under this policy. Cancelled or missed orders and eligible refunds can reverse earned points. This page does not introduce an expiry date or a new program-closing deadline for existing points.
